An Answered Prayer from EMC

Our prefield director joined our class each morning to mingle with the prefielders he doesn't get to see regularly. One morning he connected with us and I (so maturely) used the time to vent to him about our delayed tax refund.

He left, promising to pray, when class started. During our first break, Chris looked at the IRS app on his phone, which for five long months has said, "in process" without explanation. This time, however, the status had been updated! We finally received the refund this week.

When Brad came back at lunch, I was really trying hard to think of some prayer requests I could share with him that needed immediate answers, but nothing came to mind of course.
