February Prayers Week 1

This month we are posting a specific prayer request every day and compiling them here weekly. This week's requests, and some of the ways God answered, are below:

Feb 1: Pray that God would add to our partnership team and supply $2000 in new monthly support by April 13. Feb 2: We have some serious administrative weaknesses. Pray that we can stay organized and on top of the tasks we know about. we've begun devising a plan... Feb 3: Please pray that God would give us favor with the church leaders we contact, so that we can schedule meetings. Feb 4: Pray for strong minds as we complete our systematic theology course. We still need to get the binder back off the bookshelf. Keepin' it real, folks. Feb 5: Both our kids are sick. Please pray we stay well so colds don't derail all our ministry plans. (but also that we would be thankful and at peace no matter what happens because good is good and sovereign!) Short colds, no sleep problems! Thank you God! Feb 6: Pray that we would submit our will to God's. Pray we would know, believe, and (perhaps most importantly) behave like His timing is perfect and His plan is the best. Feb 7: Just skyped with coworkers in Spain! Got some great advice. Pray we receive God's guidance in this area as well. In addition to the great advice, which was helpful to putting our minds at ease, we are always encouraged to talk with our coworkers in Spain. We are praying now about some specific future things... details forthcoming!
