"Take ups"

I've done some uptakes on this blog, and lots of updates. Tonight, I'd like to share some things I've been taking up to God, lately.

One of the girls that Chris and I have been bringing to youth group and church will be baptized on December 13. Chris and I prayed that God would give us neighbors we could reach out to, build relationships with, and love in the name of Jesus. God granted that request times a thousand by giving us this daughter of the King who is growing and abounding in His love more each day. And, she's brought a friend who is expressing a desire to be part of our church family too.
