Thanks, Faith Baptist!

There is now a little church up north that will forever be special to us. It now has the distinction of being the first church, aside from our own, where we shared our heart for Spain. Faith Baptist Church of Skagit Valley and Pastor Jim and Shirley Shaw hosted us this weekend and even served us lunch!

This church has faithfully supported the Browns during their entire time in Spain, and it was a joy to talk with folks who remember them faithfully in prayer regularly, whose gifts support them as they minister to the people of Spain.

We don't love our presentation; we don't really feel we know what we're doing and we're not sure we're accomplishing the whole "don't be boring" command. But the people of Faith Baptist laughed at Chris's jokes and asked questions afterwards, so we were encouraged by that.

Thanks again, Faith Baptist, for being our first "whistle stop" on the journey we call prefield. We'll be praying for you!
