Thanks, Southcenter Community Baptist Church!

Chris and I made a little trade with some of our colleagues whose sending church is just down two freeways. We promised they could speak at our church (because we totally have authority to promise that kind of thing!) if we could speak at theirs. Today, we had a lovely morning with the people of Southcenter Community Baptist Church.

We shared our testimonies and a broad overview of our future ministry in Spain in Sunday School, and then Chris shared our church presentation and a devotion about how the Gospel is the greatest encouragement we have as believers. He ended with Dare2Share's video outlining the G.O.S.P.E.L. presented by Propaganda.

Finally, we enjoyed a delicious potluck lunch, where we were lucky enough to sit at a table with the high school kids. I hope we can keep in touch with this great church and pray many of their students right into ministry themselves.
